Aleksi Kallioja is a photographer and a visual artist who works and lives in Helsinki. In his artistic practice Kallioja combines different photographic techniques from different time periods and through them contemplates about the conventions of looking at images. References to history of photography are abundant in Kalliojas processes and questions how the photographic medium has and will change our perception of the world around us.
